About Cícero Lee

Cícero Lee is a Portuguese bassist and composer whose work is rooted in jazz and shaped by Portuguese and world music influences. Active since 1999, he has developed a personal musical language centered on improvisation, melody and interaction, working across different generations and musical contexts. His latest album, light / beyond, continues that path —
an open and exploratory work where composition creates space for collective expression, spontaneity and musical freedom.
